This department deals with debt claims in bankruptcy proceedings, bankruptcy and creditors’ arrangements. It also deals with wage calculations for claims and payroll examinations for employees (whether as part of claims or for checking the correctness of wages and pay slips).

In addition, the firm deals with social insurance, the National Insurance Institute, as well as pension and insurance insurance and supplementary coverage, both in the examination of the above coverages, their scope and their accuracy, as well as with regard to the collective bargaining agreements with workers commites and individual clients.
